We started HerbaSilvan out of a desire to bring whole herbs to cups, without plant dust residue or added synthetic flavorings. Each bag is manually checked before shipping, honoring the natural drying time of every harvest.

Payment · Delivery time
- Why do we offer free shipping on larger orders? To encourage thoughtful planning: if your order value exceeds 175 lei in Romania, delivery is free; for smaller carts, shipping is 19 lei.
- How long does it take for your tea to arrive? Parcels are delivered within 2-5 business days from the moment of dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekdays before the 13:30 cutoff time ship from our warehouse on that very business day.
- How do returns work? We accept returns within 14 days of arrival, provided the leaves remain unsealed and the original packaging is intact.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
