We retain only the data strictly necessary to prepare and send the teas, as detailed for each type of information below.

Full name, parcel delivery address, email, and phone number when you make a purchase; content of your inquiries when you write to us or feedback shared about our blends. We keep them while processing your order and in line with statutory accounting retention periods, and correspondence for up to 3 years after the last interaction.

Tracking number for each parcel, herb varieties selected, costs, payment method, and delivery status. We do not request or store banking details or card numbers on our website. Order data is archived in accordance with periods required by accounting regulations.

Technical internet address (IP), browser, device used, which herbal pages you viewed, referring source and time of visit, recorded by the server and cookies outlined in the dedicated policy. These are kept for 30 days in server logs and up to 14 months in general statistical data.

The source, ad or web address that brought you to our tea page, recorded solely to know which referral generated the order. These links are retained for up to 90 days.

Parcel transit status provided by postal or courier services and payment confirmation from the payment processor, both linked to your tea bags.

Our store is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; a parent or legal guardian may submit a request to [email protected] to promptly delete any data recorded by mistake.

Why do we ask for your name, address, email address and phone number? Without them, the courier would not know which door to knock on or be able to notify you about the arrival of your dried herbs. This data is essential for completing the order, with all other details being entirely optional.

We never sell your data for money. We share it only with the partners listed below, each bound by a written commitment to handle it strictly according to our direct instructions.

The payment processing partner receives only the data needed to validate and confirm the amount paid.

The courier company receives your name, the delivery address for your herbs and your phone number, in order to hand over the parcel and contact you before arrival.

The companies hosting the online platform, sending emails and assisting with technical support process data strictly on our behalf.

Analytics and marketing cookies operate only with your consent and share browsing data with relevant partners, in line with our cookie policy.

We may disclose data when there is a clear legal requirement or to protect our legitimate rights, such as in the event of a dispute regarding a shipped order.

If the store changes ownership or merges with another entity, customer records will be transferred to the new entity under the same secure data protection standards.

Written correspondence is kept for up to 3 years from the last contact. Server logs are cleared after 30 days, and general statistics after at most 14 months. Newsletter consent remains active until you decide to cancel it.

Links to other platforms, social networks or payment gateways take you to spaces with their own privacy practices. We have no control over how those independent parties manage your information.
